I worked with Atul to refinance my mortgage. I am very happy with his level of professionalism, care, and clarity. From the start, Atul was very clear about the refinance rates and closing costs. He was able to enumerate in an excel sheet every aspect of the closing cost. By the time, I decided that we would want to lock the rate, he got us a better rate and some discounts on the closing costs. Of all the mortgage brokers, I have worked with, there is one thing that stands Atul apart from everyone else. He is really on top of things, extremely responsive, and quick. The interest rate and costs were absolutely the best I could find. He was negotiating hard with the third party providers all the way till the close of escrow to get them to lower their fees as much as possible.
Atul was very diligent, prompt and attentive and proactively walked me through all the process thoroughly. He had good handle on what documents will be required and what are the special requirements from lenders due to COVID, how to speed up employment verifications etc.
